Spring for the Belfry 50/50 Raffle

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #131645

    1 for $10.00; 400 tickets
    3 for $25.00; 960 tickets
    8 for $50.00; 2240 tickets
    20 for $100.00; 2800 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $20,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: May 12, 2022 at 10:00:00 a.m. PDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: May 12, 2022 at 12:00:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw will be held at Belfry Theatre at 1291 Gladstone Avenue, Victoria BC

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://belfry.rafflenexus.com/winners on May 12, 2022.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Belfry Theatre Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Belfry Theatre Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

Cause

Your raffle ticket purchase will benefit the 2021/22 Season of plays and programs at the Belfry Theatre in Victoria, located on Lekwungen territory, known today as Esquimalt and Songhees Nations. Proceeds will be used to employ and house guest artists and creative team members, build sets, and create costumes for our productions. Our plays are presented as live performances as well as livestreamed so that everyone can enjoy theatre in person, or from home, at our affordable “pay-what-you-want” ticket price point. The Belfry also offers programs to support and train local artists, including playwrights and emerging theatre companies. Thank you for “Springing for the Belfry!”
